3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight/size of your order.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping on select items or promotions (keep an eye on our banners!).

4. Missed Deliveries

  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a card with redelivery or pickup instructions.

  • Some deliveries may require a signature.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Custom or clearance items may not be eligible for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
